Getting started
Go to Add Funds in your dashboard after registering. Select a crypto gateway (Cryptomus or NOWPayments), choose a coin, and follow the payment instructions. Your wallet is credited automatically once the blockchain confirms — no manual step needed.
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Litecoin (LTC), and a range of other coins through our payment gateways. The exact list is shown at checkout.
No. We do not collect ID, documents, or personal information beyond an email address. Crypto deposits are anonymous. We do not perform KYC.
Orders
No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our upstream provider does not support cancellations. If the provider cancels an order or delivers only a partial quantity, you receive an automatic proportional refund to your wallet.
Most orders start within a few minutes of placement. Delivery speed depends on the specific service — check the "Avg. Time" column on the pricing page. High-volume orders on busy services may take longer.
Large orders or services with slower delivery windows can stay active for hours or days. If your order has not moved in more than 48 hours, open a support ticket and we'll investigate with the provider.
A full refund for the charged amount is credited to your wallet automatically — no ticket needed. You can track this under your order detail page.
Refills & drops
Refills let you re-fill a service order if the count drops after delivery. Not all services support refills — look for the green check in the Refill column on the pricing page. You can request a refill on your order detail page within the guarantee window.
Drops after the guarantee window are not covered. Reddit engagement is naturally volatile — we recommend ordering a buffer above your target quantity.
Payments & refunds
No. All wallet funds are non-refundable to the original payment source. Funds remain in your wallet and can be used for future orders at any time.
Deposited funds stay in your wallet indefinitely. There is no expiry or withdrawal option — funds can only be spent on services.
Deposits are credited for the amount actually received by our gateway (after network fees). If you believe there is an error, open a support ticket with your transaction hash.
Account & API
Go to Account in your dashboard. Your API key is listed there. It can be regenerated at any time if you suspect it was compromised.
An SMM reseller API is coming soon. If you need early access for a specific integration, open a support ticket.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without warning.
