Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Karmflow ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

2. Nature of Services

Karmflow is a reseller panel for Reddit social media marketing services, including but not limited to upvotes, comments, followers, and awards. We source services from third-party providers and resell them at a markup.

We provide delivery time estimates, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Provider availability, queue load, and account availability on our upstream providers may affect delivery speed.

3. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Our upstream providers do not support cancellations after an order enters the processing queue. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

If a provider marks an order as Canceled, you receive a full refund of the order amount to your wallet. If a provider marks an order as Partial, you receive a proportional refund for undelivered units only.

4. Wallet Funds & Refunds

Funds deposited to your Karmflow wallet are non-refundable to the original payment source. Wallet funds may only be used to purchase services within the platform. There is no expiry date on wallet balances.

Automatic refunds for failed or partial orders are credited to your wallet, not to your original payment method.

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

The services offered by Karmflow may conflict with the Terms of Service of Reddit and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any action taken against your accounts by Reddit or any other platform, including bans, shadowbans, comment removals, or vote manipulation filters.

Use of our services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee account safety on any third-party platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Karmflow to:

• Target minors or engage in illegal activity
• Conduct chargebacks or payment fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Resell services in violation of applicable laws

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. Engagement metrics on third-party platforms are subject to change at any time due to platform algorithm updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current terms version is available in your dashboard under Account settings.
